Catholic Early Learning & Care (CELC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team at both Holy Cross and St Thereses.

As the Educational Leader, you will guide the pedagogical direction of the service, ensuring our program reflects the principles of the My Time, Our Place School Age Care Framework, aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF), and provides children with opportunities to explore, discover, and grow in a safe and inclusive space.
Working collaboratively with the OSHC Coordinator and the educator team, you’ll provide mentorship, model reflective practice, and ensure that each child’s voice is heard and valued within the program.

About You
You are a motivated and reflective educator who thrives on supporting others to succeed. You bring a child-centred approach, creativity in program development, and confidence in leading best practice within the OSHC environment.
You will also bring:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently completed at least 50%).
- Demonstrated experience working in OSHC or early childhood education settings.
- Proven ability in program planning, documentation, and critical reflection.
- Comprehensive understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Passion for creating engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills with the ability to build supportive team relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
