Catholic Early Learning & Care (CELC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coordinator/Educational Leader to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team at Holy Cross, Trinity Park in a part-time permanent role of 35hrs per week

Working collaboratively with the OSHC Nominated Supervisor, co Assistant Coordinator and the educator team, you’ll provide mentorship, model reflective practice, and ensure that each child’s voice is heard and valued within the program.
As the Educational Leader you will guide the pedagogical direction of the service and mentor educators in program and practice to ensure our program reflects the principles of the My Time, Our Place School Age Care Framework, aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF), and provides children with opportunities to explore, discover, and grow in a safe and inclusive space.
