Job Description
As our Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s quality framework, contract management, and legislative compliance. Working closely with executive leadership, service managers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure our policies, systems, and services are aligned with regulatory standards and best practice.
Key Focus Areas:
Quality assurance and continuous improvement
Internal and external auditing
Legislative and contractual compliance
Policy development and implementation
Contract oversight and performance monitoring
Staff coaching and training in compliance best practice
This position plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity, efficiency, and impact of our service delivery.

✔ Experience in coordinating audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Contract management knowledge, with a focus on outcomes and accountability
✔ Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Mandatory Requirements
A current Driver’s Licence
A Positive Notice Blue Card & Yellow Card (or the ability to obtain)
Satisfactory National Police Certificate
