As our new Team Leader for CALD Mental Health Services, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing vital therapeutic support to individuals and communities from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to shape meaningful, community-led mental health care across Far North Queensland.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to coordinate and support service delivery within the community services sector, with a strong focus on CALD mental health. This multifaceted role involves overseeing program development, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards, providing team leadership and professional support, managing budgets and funding requirements, and driving community engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a commitment to best practices, staff development, and working collaboratively with diverse communities and stakeholders to improve access and outcomes through a community development approach.
